Excellent service received at the N1 City Medical Chambers depot

12 Nov 2025, 09:40After an unhelpful & unpleasant experience at Pathcare Louis Leipoldt Medical Centre, and walking out of the Depot on 11 Nov. 2025, I had my blood tests done at N1 City Chambers this morning, 12 Nov. 2025.
I was assisted by Robyn Anyster, and WOW, what an absolute pleasure !
She's very approachable, kind, with a friendly disposition, and extremely helpful, and portrays such calmness, and clearly has compassion, and passion for what she does. May I add, she does a great job with drawing bloods.
Overall, I'm always impressed with the N1 City Chambers staff. They handle their patients with the utmost of respect and dignity.
Also a huge thank you to Margo Saffier at Pathcare Head Office, for stepping in when I needed the assistance and help the most. You guys were amazing !
