Double payment
I was handed over by pathcare for an account of which I paid for sometime last year before the year ended and the account number was for the debt collectors,now they calling me again this year stating they handing over my account again,unfortunately I have lost the proof of payment and the sms with the banking details,when I call pathcare they saying they only handing over my account for the first time and there was no payment made last year now I will have to pay again,please can I get a solution m sure your calls are recorded,my cell phone number is ********** 514 and email **********
