DON'T USE PATHCARE

I will never use Pathcare, they have sister companies on sister companies who is only out there to make money. You think you paying of an account off but get FINAL NOTICE OF DEFAULT LETTERS from there sister company who also try to make money off you. No phone call, no prior communication just a slap in face and an additional R 121.61 for send a PDF letter. When you call the collector they can't give you information and when you call Pathcare you get told that is the wrong company and get transferred to Cape Town only to find out they also cant help you and get referred to collectors who doesnt know what is going on but wants to charge an additional R 121.61 for wasting my time and airtime.
