Don't deliver their reports to the doctors

Ever since 2011 since we started seeing a physician in Johannesburg we have had nothing but trouble with Pathcare. We were warned by said doctor but we only have access to Pathcare in Bethlehem. They don't deliver their reports to the doctor in question. Receptionist has to phone every time and ask them to fax reports. Receptionist sick in July so reports weren't delivered, temp phoned, Pathcare faxed blank side of report twice. Saw doctor without reports, 2 months later reports still hadn't been sent to doctor and had to be reminded again. I was already receiving final payment notifications. January 2016 I had to phone day before to ask them to please send reports to doctor as receptionist had phoned and emailed, but got no response. I had already received account. When we got up to doctor next day, only half of each report for 2 of us had been sent. In doctors surgery we had to wait another half hour for reports to be emailed. Their service and attitude disgusting, but always quick to demand money. Don't respond to complaints.
