***** Accounting practices
All of a sudden out of the blue a debt collecting agency contacted me stating that I have a outstanding account with Pathcare, of which I know nothing about. Last tests were conducted in Feb and they called me in December. No one at Pathcare even bothered to contact me regarding the outstanding amount and getting a statement today the account has no reference to any medical aid rejections.
Their accounting practices are dubious and the staff is utterly useless. Now that account will cost me 30% more to settle just because no one thought of letting me know that there was a short fall from the medical aid. Pathcare you really suck!

As per our telephonic conversation with regards to communication processes , was escalated to the relevant H.O.D concerned for review.
As per email confirmation controls and measures going forward will be put in place to avoid a recurrence of this nature.
I do trust that as per our discussion that the matter at hand was addressed accordingly.
