Debt collection despite making payments.

My Dad's medical aid part paid on his pathology account with Pathcare. I have made two payments in order to square up the account and have a balance of R300. Pathcare has consequently handed my Dad over to Blake and associates despite the fact that we have been making payments.He is 75 years old,I certainly do not appreciate an elderly person being harassed by debt collectors, NOT COOL!
