Conflicting information
Pathcare gives conflicting answers. If you go into the branch the tell you one thing but if you call the contact centre they tell you a whole different story. Your service is very frustrating. Please can you speak the same language across the board.

As discussed and confirmed via email today.
The referring doctor was supposed to have given you your results. However, as he has not been available, I have arranged for you to obtain it from our Results Helpdesk. The information supp**** to you by our Call Centre agent is correct. However, the clerk at the depot should have informed you accordingly.
It has since been brought to the depot manger's attention.
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused and assure you of our best intentions at all times.
