Claim from medical aid AFTER my son died

After reading the reviews I can see that I am not alone in my experience. In 2020 my son passed away in October. In November 2020 Pathcare claimed for tests on our medical aid which was rejected due to my son already being deceased and removed from our medical aid (***** at it's best... their explanation was that they mistyped the date). When I made Pathcare attentive of their mistake they opened an account for me (i am NOT the main member - my husband is) and moved amounts to and from the accounts trying to claim again from the medical aid. I am so exhausted arguing about this and I told them that they are causing trauma to me every time I need to explain that my son died. This morning attorneys threatened my credit rating if i do not pay this account. I WILL NOT pay this account. I have so many emails to Pathcare which are "followed up and will get back to me". You are pathetic and I would like you to know that you cause trauma to already fragile and sick people by your horrible customer service.
