Calculators and calenders are a real thing Pathcare, use it!

These clowns have pushed me to react to their lack of brain function. They keep hassling me about an unpaid bill, and they don't have the necessary competence to understand that they messed up. This is after they were the reason for almost messing up my surgery that I had in November 2024! They did an INR test on me to ensure that my blood was thick enough to operated on, otherwise I stood a very big chance to bleed out in the O.R (operating room). On the day of my surgery, my INR test showed that my blood was way too thin, although my specialist asked me to stop any use of my blood thinners to get the surgery done for my own health 5 days before my operation. This result threw back the WHOLE surgery schedule for ALL the operating staff that day. Two hours later, I was able to be pushed into the O.R after it came to light that Pathcare messed up my first test and that my blood was so thick that I was in danger, again! My INR was supposed to be on 1.6 for the operation and ended up at under 1.2. As a user of blood thinners, my INR should be between 2 and 3 to be safe.

Then after a while, I started to receive SMS messages to inform me that I have a +/_ R144.00 unpaid bill. I took it up with my broker who went through all the channels to get the answer. Boncap / Bonitas notified us that the specific claim was stale as it was submitted more than 4 months after the procedure, which means that because of their incompetence and tardiness, they had to s**** the bill. To my entertainment, I received several SMS messages from Blake and Associates to tell me that I have been given over to lawyers to pay up the amount of R144.00. Keep in mind that a law firm charge more than R144.00 to try and scare someone into paying an unpaid bill. Clearly no one used basic math to figure this out either....neither did the law firm tell their client that they are not very intelligent to have them chase down R144.00. A friendly Indian fellow from Blake and Associates, phoned me a few days later and I explained to him that they, as lawyers no little to nothing from the medical insurance industry and that they should ask Pathcare why they **** to their own lawyers. I never heard from BLAKE again.

And guess what....Pathcare started to harass me again.....same bill, same mental shortcomings. Now I can say that I had enough. Pathcare's billing department is definitely not bright at all and Pathcare still use lawyers to scare people into paying. Well, I was in this industry for 9 years and I I know the rules and regulations better (clearly) than you do. Not just did Patchcare harass me after they got their answers, but they made total fools of themselves to hand a stale claim over to a law firm that clearly just try and intimidate people by sending messages over and over to get paid by the brainless Pathcare billing department.

Now, Pathcare, I'm putting this in writing, seeing that you are struggling to comprehend, so pay attention. You have issued the bill more than 4 months after my treatment, which means that it is a stale claim, null-in void, old, useless, your problem. You clearly use unskilled personnel and this is biting you in the back. Stop making yourself look ridicules in front of lawyers and the media and hire trained staff. The next step will be me, making Pathcare famous on social media and on the radio, if you don't back off. And push me further and I will lay a case of harassment and incompetence against you, which WILL set you back way more that R144.00. Hopefully you are educated enough to do this basic math. This is a friendly warning and your first public report. Now, it is up to you.
