Best Customer Service Ever - Sharon van der Berg
After so much frustration of two years I finally managed to get assisted by an awesome Senior Techinical Specialist (Admin) Sharon van der Berg.
You are an amazing person and rock at what your doing. You are exceptional and extra-ordinary. Always so kind and assisting where you can. Keep up the good work. More companies need someone like you.
You deserve a promotion :) keep up the awesome service.
