Bad Bad Bad!

I went for blood tests in November last year while being in excrutiating pain, I went to check and found that I never entered an email address, only a phone number.

I received numerous calls last week from your lawyers in Bloemfontein telling me I have been handed over, I was confused as I knew I never received any correspondence of outstanding bills.

Since Nov 2018 up to now, I never received calls to confirm an email address or advising me of my outstanding bill, yet you go through all the trouble to hand patients over for R351. I understand that if 10 people does not pay this amount it escalates, but you could have ensured you communicated this with the patient. If a patient then refuses to pay, by all means, hand them over.

I am NOT paying the lawyers and their interest seeing that this invoice received from you was the first form of communication EVER received since 2018.

I surely hope I never have to do tests with Pathcare again!
