Awful service from pathcare

I received a threatening call from a very aggressive gentleman threatening to hand me over for a Pathcare account from 2019. I pay all bills immediately and know nothing about this and nor has Pathcare ever contacted me to say monies are outstanding. Vericred also sent me an SMS reference below -

Your MEDICAL account was handed over for collection. Contact VERICRED on ********** to make arrangements. Ref: **********4347. Balance: 578.97 CDC NO 283/03.

I called Pathcare and spoke with Ethan. He did various checks on their system and has no record of any outstanding accounts or accounts being handed over. He suggested I email another email address for accounts on your old system which I did as follows -

I called Pathcare and spoke with Ethan. He said older accounts were on another system and I need to email this address for assistance.

Please advise a) what this account relates to (and supply copy of invoice) and b) why I have never been contacted by Pathcare when you have my details and I’ve used your services nearly 20 times since 2019.

I then called Vericred back who said they will escalate with another department and Pathcare.
