Pathcare sends bills to myself, my daughter and my son. Closer inspection indicated that the medical fund paid these accounts (All 3 of us). I made the mistake to also pay the bill because they keep on sending it to me. Now I am having a difficult time getting it back from them, e mail after e mail, proof of payment from my bank app. Still struggling. I wonder how many other people checked their medical fund payments to these people! No feedback, only one call weeks ago. changing my call from one department to another and only one person tried to assist me.
