Again Pathetic Care from Patcare
Seems the only way to get a reaction from Pathcare is to submit a review on HelloPeter. After a previous review, I was informed that the problem and mistake would be rectified by them. Fast forward a couple of months, their debt collectors Vericredit, is again hounding and harassing me for the same invoice / account which I was previously informed was corrected. E-mails to Sharon van den Berg not being rep**** to. Phone calls to Sharon van den Berg not being answered. I dont think you can place any trust in the veracity of their medical results for lab tests if this is how pathetic their customer service and debtor department is. Visit a bush doctor for more professional client service.

07 Nov 2022, 14:30In spite of the above response, a promise to have the handover retracted from Vericredit and a promise to call, nothing happened. Nada! Received a letter of demand from Vericredit yesterday, on the Sunday of all days! Sixteen days after the previous communication! No phone call, no response to my last e-mail! I'll let all the e-mails and written correspondence be proof of Pathcare's incompetence! No lower rating could be possible!
