Passionate Tools - A very rude owner and bad service.

I gave in a Makita sander with Passionate Tools in Centurion for repairs and paid in advance. I collected it and discovered that my employee was still not able to use it because repairs not done correctly. I took it back to Passionate Tools and returned a week later only to be told it is fixed and nothing is wrong. I demonstrated to the owner that it is not working. He got very agitated and asked me to leave his shop and refused to listen to what the problem is. I had another machine there for repairs but did not even get a chance to explain that to the owner. I returned another week later to collect my other repair and was informed that the owner instructed the technician not to work on my machine. I also could not collect my machine because it was not assembled and was again asked to leave the shop and not return as a customer. I was forced to return again later to collect my assembled but unrepaired machine. I took the Makita sander directly to Makita and they confirmed that a proper repair was not done. Makita repaired the sander to perfect working condition without charge. The overall experience I had with Passionate Tools was extremely unpleasant.
