passionate about tools but not service or customer

I ve delivered my generator and two of my inverter welding machines to them for repairs and service. I personally wrote down what needs to be done and paid the required deposito. This was on the 4th of Feb. A week later I phoned them to find out why no quotation was yet forwarded to me as per discussion . I've emailed both the owner and his assistant to confirm that they can carry on after receiving quotations from them. Again I discussed with them what needs to be done on the generator and that I urgently needs my machinery to be fixed as I am losing money<br> <br> Friday the 13 th I went there in person again , and they were not finished yet. The owner was not there, and his assistant assisted wherever she could. <br> <br> Monday I had to go there twice , only to find out that the workers on the floor determine when jobs will be finished. . I went there later the afternoon to collect my machinery, paid and when ready to leave... they did not do what was requested and discussed with the owner himself... a simple handle was also to be installed on th generator. Please please please , it took them more than 2 weeks to complete the simpelest of tasks... never again will I deal with them again..never
