Wrost support

I have handed my laptop in for repair( still under warranty ) on the 8th of June. After 2 days they called me for password which I gave all the details while I am dropping. Made numuours calls & emails to get the response, just one answer under assesment. no further feedback. No reply for emails. Support & service terrible.
