Useless and misconceiving.

if i could give a no star then i would. Partserve Durban has had our printer since April. When they finally get back to you its excuse after excuse. After waiting months for a part then us supplying them the part. They had another problem. Absolutely useless and the branch manager just doesn't ever ever answer back unless threaten for refund. "without the downtime" my foot. 4 months down time.

Bad bad bad service ,avoid them if you can

Really bad service Been dealing with these guys for many years and it must be said ,again ,how appaulling their service is. Sadly many of the big computer makers use their "services" so we the customers have no choice. Once again the latest interaction has again been terrible

Questionable Charges - Disappointing

* My machine came in as it had zero power * Assessment time was unacceptable * First feedback after follow up, "machine reset" (itself), need login passwords to check all other systems and programs * After follow up again, "Motherboard needing replacement, approx R6000" * Quote rejected, may as well replace entire computer as it was old * Collected and paid assessment fee * Returning to office, machine 100% okay, nothing wrong and power working * Reassessed, motherboard did not need replacement, machine working fine * What was the R6000 quote for, if motherboard needing replacement, how is it possible that my machine works, how is it possible that I do this survey from the very machine with a broken motherboard ?? * Find the whole process questionable and possibly *********

URGENT: Unresolved Printer Assessments - 2 Weeks Out (Mount Edgecombe Branch)

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the unacceptable service I have received from your Mount Edgecombe branch over the last two weeks. Approximately two weeks ago, my driver dropped off two HP printers at your branch for an urgent assessment. Although your staff accepted the printers and my printed contact information, they failed to provide any job numbers. Since then, I have experienced a complete lack of communication and accountability: • Initial Call: A staff member told me assessments take 2–3 days and confirmed the printers were on-site. No one called me back. • Follow-up Call: Three days later, staff claimed to have no record or knowledge of my printers. • Escalation to Jayaseelan: Jayaseelan later called to confirm he found the unbooked printers. He requested my details via email, promising to book them in and call me back the following Tuesday. I never received that call or any email response. • Today's Calls: I called today and was asked for a job number I was never given. I was promised a callback that never happened. On my final attempt, I was placed on hold for 20 minutes before being transferred to a line that disconnected. My printer assessments are highly urgent. It has been two weeks, and I still do not have an update or job numbers. Please investigate this immediately, locate my printers, and provide the pending assessments today.

No Feedback or Records on my Collection Request Logged - JCR78502

I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I have received. I logged a collection request and made payment almost a week ago, yet I have received no feedback or communication from your company regarding the status of my request. Collection Request Logged - JCR78502 I have sent several emails and also contacted your office telephonically. During my call, I was informed that there was no work order assigned to my request. The person assisting me repeatedly placed me on hold and eventually disconnected the call. This is completely unacceptable and not the standard of service I would expect from a professional business. I request urgent feedback on the status of my collection request and an explanation for the lack of communication and poor customer service experienced thus far. I expect this matter to be resolved without further delay.

Pathetic customer support

I purchased 2 of these laptops. BOTH have broken, within warraty. 1 - laptop hinge broke. I logged a return on takealot who fetched the laptop. They then send it to Lenovo. Lenovo sends it to Partserve. PartServe did not repair the Hinge. They sent it back to me, broken. I had to log another return. This time PartServe repaired the hinge, but sent the laptop back with the incorrect charger and the laptop was admin locked. I now have to log another return, 2 - the trackpad stopped working. Same story - Log return > Lenovo > PartServe. Partserve sent it back to me unrepaired. I had to log another return. This back and forth has gone on since 02 February. Neither laptop works and i have spent R17k on both. Also, when they return it to me, i had to pay an IT company to reinstall all software again. Takelot and Lenovo refuse to refund me for the laptops. I am stuck with an endless back and forth hoping they get repaired.
