Worst service I've ever received!!!!

Worst service I've ever received!! They are pathetic. Customer service is an absolute joke. It took 2 months for them to install 1 RAM module and replace a CPU fan. I would ask them to provide status reports and I hardly got updates. I would have to call in myself and ask what is happening. They kept having delays with receiving the parts, and on one occasion they actually ordered the incorrect RAM. Customer support would continuously speak down to me. They were rude and sarcastic at times. One lady by the name of Tasha was always confused and did not know how to do her very simple job of taking down information and passing it on to the I.T team. There were numerous misunderstandings about what they needed to do. All I wanted was for them to replace the CPU fan and add 1 RAM module. I don't understand where the confusion came in. I honestly do not understand how these people continue to do business with this kind of service. If you are considering buying a Lenovo computer I can give you a piece of advice. DO NOT BUY IT. If anything goes wrong with the device, you have to take it to them. Not worth it. I requested a new customer support agent and that was not any easier. Complaining to management has no impact on the service you receive. I hope I never have to hear the name PartServe in my life again.
