Worst Service from Partserve Channel Support ever

I took a printer for a service on the 17 July 2023, the printer was complete in a day or so I received a quote for the printer repairs and new ink. After I accepted the quote and paid for it they ordered the ink. Now this is ink that you can buy over the counter from any supplier. Now 3 months later they still do not have the ink and can not service the printer. This is the worst service I have ever received from a supplier.
