WORST REPAIR COMPANY

I have an Epson L6170 printer that was still under warranty when I handed it to GAME November/December 2022 for repairs as the rollers were faulty. The printer was sent to PARTSERVE for repairs. It took more than a month to "repair" the printer and I only got it back late January/February 2023. From the start, the printer was problematic and I had to do daily print head cleaning and nozzle checks as the printer did not want to print. I paid almost R4 200-00 for a 3 year old printer to be repaired, while still under its 3 year warrant, and it came back worse than when it was sent in. It is just over 3 months and the printer has a head cleaning problem and does not want to print. I will never buy an EPSON printer again, just because of repairs being done by this company. PARTSERVE IS THE WORST EVER.
