Worst customer service centre for Epson Printer.

On 24 May 2021, I brought my printer into the customer care center at Partserve.

Partserve acts on behalf of Epson printers.

It has been more than 1 calendar month since, and my printer has not been repaired.

The promised turnaround time is supposed to be 3 - 5 working days.

The printer is still under warranty as I purchased it in November 2020.

Highly disappointed in the customer service received from Epson and Partserve!
