Worst client service with no response

Good day

I realise that you guys have absolutely no client service

Up until today I have received no response I will be taking this matter further My husband collected the printer at Montague gardens after we received notification job is completed

The printer doesn’t even print 1 proper page After we have to drive 45 min to collect the printer I cannot believer I spent over R3000 on a printer and no one even take a minute to respond What am I Now supposed to do with this printer?

I would appreciate a response @Amory you can also have the decency to reply to my emails
