What an absolute joke of service!!

I sent my laptop into Part Serve Durban branch in mid January as it had a faulty screen. It has now been 4 months and I am still waiting for it! Last contact they told me it would be ready 2 weeks ago and I have not heard anything from them since. I spoke to the Durban manager he said the part is only arriving today, the first time it arrived it was faulty. When I spoke to the head office manager she informed me the laptop was only booked in on 2 January. Firstly how can they take 2 weeks just to book it in then another 4 months to fix the problem??? This service is completely unacceptable a complete joke I don't know what I am paying for! I will advise anyone against this company!
