We are in business with no one available to assist!!!

Shocking!! Been over.a.week have not received a job card number, phoned and get asked a job card and got answer from agent " I don't how to assist without a job card number and was cut off, and then phoned back about 6 times still no feedback and wad cut off every time! I ask for a manager , sorry not available,no I asked to speak to an agent , sorry not available, I asked to speak to the Bloemfontein branch sorry also jot available! Really Really frustrating !!
