Wasted 5 months dealing with these

Since March 2021 I've tried to get a Lenovo machine repaired under warranty from this worthless excuse of a company. All they have done is waste 5 months in the hopes I'll give up ad go home. DO NOT buy any product that uses partserve as warranty support. The warranty is WORTHLESS.
