waste of time

This has to be the worst experience i have ever received from a company that deals with big brands and prides itself in being the number one supplier ,but when it comes time to deliver on their slogan they tell you about outsourcing the parts .

my issue started when i brought my laptop in 2days before they closed for december i was assured my machine would be assed as it normally takes 2 to 3 working days to assess my assessment would take longer as they where going on a december break

come january a week passed i had to call them to get feed back on my machine a week later was given a quote for the repairs i mean you guys are part serve you should have spares on hand for machines . came in a day later paid for the repairs .

To my surprise i get a second quote that is 3x more than the initial quote i make a call to ask why i am receiving a second quote ,

The response from the manager Rene who was really useless to say the least kept on saying sorry as if sorry would make up for the time lost money wasted bringing in the machine (she could not even explain why the company is called part serve )
