Very Dissapointing Service!!!

I sent a laptop that was a week old after being purchased in to PartServe Johannesburg as it was still under warranty, they had the laptop for a month and still the issue has not been resolved (even though the only thing that needed to be done was reinstalling the operating system). The first time I sent the PC I was told that they going to do a system diagnostics check which will take them 2-3 working days. The purpose of this was for them to find out what exactly is wrong with the PC so that they can order the right parts to fix it. After a week or so I was informed that they had to order a recovery media from Lenovo which took 2 weeks for them to get it. A day after the recovery media was received I was told that they realised that the issue was with the main board of which needs to be ordered, heaven knows how long that will take. Point is, what was the point of the system diagnostics check because clearly they were unable to detect what was wrong with the PC, only after a month of waiting they finally know what is wrong with the PC. I wouldn't suggest going to PartServe at all. Especially if you have a Lenovo laptop, completely disappointing!!!
