Vandalizing customers property and not communicating efficiently!

This company are *******!! They have caused damage to my clothing and took my shirt almost 3 weeks ago to wash it. Up until now they haven't given me any follow up or responses. Everytime I email they say that they will get management to call me but no one does. I am going to take this legally!
