Unprofessional shocking service .

This business doesn't deserve a single star. They have had my printer for over a week and haven't bothered to quote on the repairs yet. When I phoned I was told I couldn't speak to a technician. They would call back immediately. I'm still waiting. When I phoned back I was cut off. Unprofessional shocking service.I wouldn't recommend them ever.
