Unprofessional company

I will never refer anyone to this company. The customer service is very unprofessional and extremely rude. I returned my ps5 control and it's been nearly 1 month since I heard from this company for my replacement. When I call them,all they can say is that they will escalate it for an ETA, and never gives feedback. They unprofessional and rude.
