Unhelpful, rude and useless

I took my printer in THREE times to be fixed, specifically stating the problem and even giving print samples, and all three times they used a lot of my ink testing it, and it came back with them saying everything was tested and working fine, when it fact it wasn't. Their call centre staff were unhelpful and rude, the one of them even hung up on me before I was finished speaking. Thoroughly unimpressed.
