TOTAL LACK OF COMMUNICATION AND EMPATHY

<p>Had to deal with PartServe as the CHOSEN repairer for Lenovo!!!! Received no feedback, did not return emails, after a long explanation about how this is being used by my daughter in law for studies!!! Terry did not see the urgency in any of this, allowed Lenovo to keep the BROKEN laptop for an entire week! Misinformed us about the credit note to Take-a-lot!!! </p> <p>It seems that bad service providers attract bad service providers. Would not recommend using either of these two as they deserve each other!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! </p>
