The Worst IT Support Company

My Lenovo laptop would not charge, so I took it in to Partserve to have the charging port fixed. They sent me a quote to have the port fixed for R7500, which is R1500 more than what the laptop cost me over 6 years ago. I asked them just to quote on being able to charge the laptop in order to access my valuable data. Huh! After 2 and a half months they said all I required was a new charging cable (plus they added an hour's labour). Well, no such luck! the laptop is still dead! Partserve is the worst company I have ever dealt with! Do not TRUST this company!!
