The most pathetic repair shop in town!

The most pathetic service I have ever received. Dirty reception, gum-chewing staff, weeks to get a quote, and only once I contacted them to find out progress (nothing on website), weeks more to get it fixed, quote had to be paid upfront but only the less VAT cost was on invoice (must customer's do their own VAT calculations?). As a last straw the disinterested person responding to the survey didn't want to know any more details, no doubt just tick the box that she had called. Will not be buying an Acer or Lenovo again if this is the only repair shop they use
