The customer service provided by Shante Stevens was fantastic

The customer service provided by Shante Stevens was fantastic. I had my Canon selphy printer sent via courier and she requested photos of it to make sure no scratches when returned to me. She definitely went the extra mile to follow up on the job order once it was with the technicians. Once decided they can't fix it, then she also explained why the new price costed a bit more as it was a replacement but a newer version. Overall I would not just recommend partserve but definitely Shante as a customer service provider.
