TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE OR LACK THEREOF

We have a repair booked in since 2020-11-25 and it is now almost 9 months later and all feedback we getting is, waiting for parts and NO ETA!!! How long can it take to get parts. All this after you are required to pay upfront for the repair of 13k! So we out of pocket and they enjoy interest on our money! Completely unacceptable and just cannot get hold of a Manager!!!
