Terrible service and didn't even get the job fixed!

<p>From start to finish Partserve has provided one of the worst customer experiences I have ever experienced! Poor communications with different staff members gave different replies to questions and requests. Item was delivered late and still showed the same error as before the "service"! And Parts of my item were missing and arrived completely damaged. Absolutely pathetic service from the go-to company for Canon repairs in SA!</p>
