Terrible service

Terrible service, I do not recommend I took my laptop in for repairs and the quote was too high so I rejected it and requested to get my laptop back. I was told it would take up to 2 days to process and I’d receive a notification when I can collect. It’s been more than week and I’m still getting the runaround. I have to constantly call for updates, they never communicate with the customer
