Terrible service

Hi, I took a cannon printer ( value R3500 )in that was dead . They quoted around R1300 to replace the mother board ( i had to pay upfront so I did ) . 2 weeks later tried to call. There calls go the a call centre in Jhb .. battled to get through . When I did , they promised to get back to me .. never did. Another 2 weeks tried again.. another promise but no response . A few days later I get a call .. printers fixed but doesn't print. ANOTHER quote for R2300 which i told them not to do. When I go and fetch the printer, the technician tells me its because its been standing for a month so they want to replace the printer heads . They then tried to charge me another R1300 to give me the printer back , unfixed . Eventually they cancelled that charge. I plug it in and its printing perfectly now. The service received is embarrassing.
