TERRIBLE LACK OF SERVICE - LINBRO PARK

We have a repair booked in since 2021.09.17 and the only feedback we keep receiving is that they are waiting for parts and NO ETA!!! How long can it take to get parts. If you supplier is that unreliable to need to look at getting a new supplier. Rating them with a 0 sounds just fine. COMPLETELY UNRELIABLE.
