Stay away from this company

Stay away from this company. Have had two laptops in for repairs. More than a month later and no progress. Unable to speak to technicians, you have to drop off your equipment at a front desk, and you then get put onto an online system where it is impossible to get information and replete with errors. When you do speak to a human, they have no idea and unable to assist. The fact that they don't respond to any complaints on hellopeter says it all. You've been warned
