SO so so bad

Really really really really bad service, Sent device to Cape Town branch, they sent it to JNB branch. They did nothing so I requested my device back, 20 days now and still not received my device back, they done nothing at all, so its not labor that is taking long, its just bad service. They never contacted me once in the 20days. I've phone a number of times, and still haven't received my laptop back. My advice stay as far away as you can.
