Slow repair, poor comunication

<p>Laptop purchased 3 months ago. Seems like to motherboard had crashed. Obviously the unit is still under warranty. Unit was given in to Partserve on 29/09, repair was promised by 04/10/2016.</p> <p> </p> <p>05/10 Repair is still not done. The online tracking is slow, not showing progress. When I phone the Lady is rude and state I have to wait until Partserve contact me when the repair is complete.</p> <p>Unacceptable service. Slow repair time.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
