Should not be representing Lenovo

I called in to query why my Lenovo main board needed to be replaced and was told that I had to pay an additional fee for a technical report. I have asked for a team leader to contact me with no luck. I have tried calling again a number of times and am cut off before being able to speak to anyone. The replacement board will cost R8k, I am not convinced that the board needs replacing and am frustrated that I cannot speak to a technician before agreeing to the quote.
