Shocking lack of service

What a nightmare of an experience, from start to non-completed finish! Beyond frustrating. Will never take our business there again. Accepted an online quote, only to receive an e-mail confirming acceptance of a five-times higher amount! They admitted it was their error, but after a week of trying to get someone just to send me a quote with the correct amount, I eventually collected the machine to take elsewhere. Even collecting it was a nightmare, and took more than half an hour, despite being advised and promised it would be ready on collection. Never again!
