Shocking customer service

If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst customer experience I have ever had to endure. Both front office and back office communication was rude and non-helpful. My computer was broken whilst in their care. They ordered the wrong components and then took a week to even communicate anything to me about the repair. I hope Lenovo South Africa stops working with them as a repair agent.
