Shocking customer service

I took my laptop to them on the 18'th of March 2021. Today is the 29'th of March, they have not been able to even quote me. The only feedback they give is "we are waiting on our supplier for a quote".

When I told Natasha I will phone the supplier she said she does not know who the supplier is ??
