********* SERVICE
DO NOT USE PARTSERVE!!!! They are useless and pray on peoples vulnerabilities.
Had a printer checked by them they never let us know that they might have issues getting parts, as with HP Printers they have issues getting the parts. They never let you know, give you the option to pay large cost to expedite the issues because you urgently need to fix and then hide behind T&C's stating that your are gambling with your money. Since when have they been registered with the gambling board. If you clearly know there is an issue with getting parts why not bona fide let your customers know before hand that there is a large possibility that parts might not be available. "But sir, the front staff are not trained to identify the printers". Well then clearly you and the other staff needs to be trained better. Throwing your colleagues under the bus like that, shows me a lot on your culture in the firm. Clearly you are not a good corporate citizen and need to be stopped.
Again do not use this company, they are definitely there to ***** your money requesting you to pay assessment fees before they look at your device, and then do not even take the time to check the serial number to find out whether the device is still under warranty or not. Which makes it very clear that their claims of calling suppliers both local and international for the parts, are most probably false.
If I could tag HP in this I would because they need to be advised on how Partserve is devaluing their brand and name, and remove them from their distributor list.
