Poor workmanship

Im so angry at this company 😡😡 the way they have **** to me. I handed in y laptop last year August and told them that the charging point was not working because there was a pin that broke inside. It's been7 months and in between I was the one calling to find out how far, they would tell me the part is still being ordered or it's coming in 3days time😡. At that time I was pregnant now my son is almost 7months old. I went in there demanding my money back and guess what I was told of percentage that they have to deduct for diagnosis and whatever but I still have not received anything from the company I'm furious
